Future Procedure
This page documents future procedures that are scheduled to be introduced on 09 July 2026.
Pilots are strongly encouraged to familiarise themselves with the incoming changes before launch day.
Airspace
BA ADC is responsible for the Class D airspace in the BA CTR from SFC to A015.
Tower Closed Proceedures
When BA ADC is closed, the Class D airspace from SFC to A045 is reclassified as Class G.
Departures
VFR aircraft should expect to depart via a visual departure, on track to their first tracking point.
IFR aircraft should expect to be issued with a SID as per below:

All other aircraft shall expect the BA (RADAR) SID. A visual departure may be available in lieu of a SID by day VMC.
Note
* The BUVAM SID is not available when M641 Evans Head is active.
Arrivals
RNP and RNP(AR) approaches are available to both runways. A NDB approach is available to RWY 24.
IFR aircraft can generally expect to be processed via a STAR (from the south) or direct to the IAF (from the north) for the most suitable approach.
Circuits
All circuits are to be flown at A010.
